| The first Broadcast song I ever heard was Come On Let's Go, on a radio show called Big Sonic Heaven in Michigan. I recorded it onto a tape and I would listen to it over and over, stop/rewind/play, repeat. Listening to her sing in my bedroom, or on my walkman, or driving 50 miles to school allowed me to transcend so much. That is magic. I was lucky enough to see them play 3 times, twice in Michigan at the Magic Stick and once in LA at the Troubador. I've spent so many hours listening to Trish sing, and I'll spend many more hours listening to her sing in the future. I'm so heartbroken that she's gone, but even more so for her loved ones. I'll always love you Trish. |
